These contain milk for Ashe County Cheese , Inc., in West Jefferson NC. I wanted to try some of their cheese, but the town was having an outdoor antique show the day I went and the retail outlet for the cheese was absolutely jam packed. I am calm and I am patient, but I wasn’t going to wait that long to secure some cheese when a rain storm was coming up and I had to walk back to the car. Maybe the next time I’m in West Jefferson (muffled laughter off)…
